Step 1: Remove the Old Upholstery

Start by removing the old upholstery fabric. Use a screwdriver or Allen wrench to remove the screws or bolts that hold the fabric in place. Once the fabric is loose, carefully remove it from the sofa.

Step 2: Inspect the Foam and Batting

Once the old upholstery is removed, inspect the foam and batting. If the foam is damaged or worn, it will need to be replaced. The batting can also be replaced if it is torn or matted.

Step 3: Cut the New Foam and Batting
